· Something 2B Celebrated LLC requires a non-refundable $50 deposit at the time of booking the event. The remaining balance is due no later than seven (7) days prior to the event date. $100 refundable security deposit plus final payment is due 7 days PRIOR to the event date.  The security deposit is to cover the cost of damaged, lost and/or broken items that are included in your package. If no damages are confirmed after inspection, the security deposit will be refunded within 24-48 hours of checkout.

· Cancellations must be made seven (7) days prior to the event date. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of the total party. Something 2B Celebrated LLC will not refund any cancellations. Something 2B Celebrated LLC will allow for the event to be rescheduled for a future date, depending upon availability. The $50 booking fee would be transferred to the new date. In the event of needing to cancel, if prior to 7 days from the event, the $50 booking fee would be forfeited. If cancelling after the 7 days prior, 50% off the final payment would be required.

· Accepted payments are debit or credit card.

· Something 2B Celebrated LLC and client will arrange a time for set up and pick up that works best for both parties. Something 2B Celebrated LLC will not enter a home unless the homeowner is present.

· Something 2B Celebrated LLC does not allow pets to be on any of the equipment brought into the home. If pet hair is found on any items upon inspection, a $40 cleaning fee will be charged.

· The client assumes the responsibility to ensure all property of Something 2B Celebrated LLC is cared for while in the client’s home. Children should be supervised while around Something 2B Celebrated LLC property. If Equipment is damaged, lost, or stolen the Client agrees to reimburse Something 2B Celebrated LLC for damage or replacement. Indicative replacement costs include: Tent $65, Mattress $40, Decorative Pillow $15, Bed Tray $10, Night Light & Lanterns $15, String Lights $10.

· Something 2B Celebrated LLC will only hold events in a smoke-free environment. If the event space is found to have a cigarette smoke odor, Something 2B Celebrated LLC reserves the right to forfeit your booking without refund.

· Something 2B Celebrated LLC asks that client ensures they have the necessary space requirements needed to accommodate the number of tents booked. Something 2B Celebrated LLC requires the event space to be clean and cleared of any furniture prior to their arrival.

· Something 2B Celebrated LLC requires that client ensures all children and pets are kept clear of the driveway upon their arrival to the property and kept out of the event space during set up and pick up.

· Something 2B Celebrated LLC reserves the right to use photos taken at your event and use them on social media for promotional purposes. 

· Something 2B Celebrated LLC asks that no food or drink items that could stain the bedding be consumed in or around the tents. Something 2B Celebrated LLC also asks that no activities, such as nail painting, painting, putting on makeup, etc, be done inside or around the tents. If Something 2B Celebrated LLC finds any stains or damages from these items or activities, the cost to replace the item(s) will come out of the refundable security deposit. If the cost to replace the item(s) is greater than the security deposit, an additional fee will be charged to cover the cost of the item(s).

· All prices are subject to change; however, prices quoted at time of booking will always be honored.

· Something 2B Celebrated LLC will never pass on, sell or distribute client information to any third party. 

· Something 2B Celebrated LLC will not be responsible for any damages or injuries due to equipment rental. 

· The client agrees that Something 2B Celebrated LLC (including its owners, agents, employees, and successors) accepts no liability for any claim for personal injury, death, loss, illness, damage or negligence on the part of Something 2B Celebrated LLC however caused. The client is solely responsible for injuries or property damage occurring due to use of the equipment. The client assumes all liability for and agrees to defend, indemnify, hold harmless and protect Something 2B Celebrated LLC from and against any and all liability.
