Frequently asked questions

We will travel within a 30 mile radius of Waukee, IA 50263. Anything outside the 30 mile radius will have a travel fee. Please contact us for additional information. We reserve the right to decline the request depending upon distance.

We understand that life happens and things come up. We allow for the event to be rescheduled for a future date, depending upon availably. The $50 booking fee would be transferred to the new date. In the event of needing to cancel, if PRIOR to 7 days from the event, the $50 booking fee would be forfeited. If cancelling after the 7 days prior, 50% off the final payment would be required.

Each tent setup requires approximately 3.5’ wide, 6.25’ deep, and 6’ feet high. We can arrange the setup in various configurations depending on your space (straight line, semi-circle, full circle, rows facing each other, aisles, etc). It is pertinent that you make sure the proper space requirements are available before booking the number of tents required for your event

We ask that campers be at least four years of age. 

There is a $50 booking fee that is required to secure your event. The booking fee will go towards the final payment. 

$100 refundable security deposit plus final payment is due 7 days PRIOR to the event date.  The security deposit is to cover the cost of damaged, lost and/or broken items that are included in your package. If no damages are confirmed after inspection, the security deposit will be refunded within 24-48 hours of checkout.

Times will be arranged and agreed upon with Something 2B Celebrated once the event is booked.
